Fine Art & Crafts
Welcome to the 2025 Norway Maine Arts Festival. We are excited to foster a space where the greater community can come together to participate, learn, and support the Maine arts community.
Vendors must submit three work samples that showcase the variety of wares they plan to display at the festival. A non-refundable application fee of $15 must be paid for the application to be considered. If selected to participate, the booth fee is $100. Please note that application fees are waived for Lights Out members and members of Maine Crafts Association. For more information about Lights Out Membership, please visit here.
The festival will be held on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, from 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday the 14th will serve as a rain date.
We are committed to showcasing exemplary fine art and craft, maintaining high levels of professionalism, artistry, craftsmanship, uniqueness, and authenticity. We are bringing back juried submissions for artists and craftspeople and a judging panel shall award cash and ribbon prizes for the best in show.
We are incorporating art demonstration booths (“demo booths”) this year along with the vendors. To provide the public with a chance to freely interact with creators and their practices, we are looking for displays of interactive practices and artistry. Artists and craftspeople who incorporate interactive and artistic demonstrations as part of their 10’x10’ space will pay for their space on a donation basis (after acceptance) to the Norway Maine Arts Festival. Suggested donations range between $25-$100.
The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 31st. We will communicate with all vendors by April 21st, 2025.
